Located in the city of São Paulo-SP, the real estate agency was founded by Patricia's grandparents, immigrants from Galiza, an autonomous community in northwestern Spain. The surname Valcarce originates from the province of León and was given to the old families that were born around the majestic Valcarce River. With a strong sense of family tradition, Patricia honors the history of her ancestors and works to maintain the excellence and professionalism of Valcarce.

Localizada na cidade de São Paulo-SP, a imobiliária foi fundada pelos avós de Patrícia, imigrantes da Galiza, uma comunidade autônoma do noroeste da Espanha. O sobrenome Valcarce é originário da província de León e era dado às antigas famílias que nasciam ao redor do majestoso Rio Valcarce. Com um forte senso de tradição familiar, Patrícia honra a história de seus antepassados e trabalha para manter a excelência e o profissionalismo da Valcarce.
CONCEPT
The main element of the visual identity system is the Valcarce River itself, due to its importance and relevance in highlighting the strong sense of family tradition. To represent the river, I accessed maps and was able to draw directly on various stretches of the river course, preserving each curve and maintaining its 100% authentic shape. This element was the flagship of the visual system and is responsible for bringing differentiation to the project. To reinforce the concept of river/water, a river graphic was created using a digital watercolor technique.
CONCEITO
O principal elemento do sistema de identidade visual é o próprio Rio Valcarce, devido à sua importância e relevância em destacar o forte senso de tradição familiar. Para representar o rio, acessei mapas e consegui desenhar diretamente sobre diversos trechos do curso do rio, preservando cada curva e mantendo seu formato 100% autêntico. Esse elemento foi o carro-chefe do sistema visual e é responsável por trazer diferenciação para o projeto. Para reforçar o conceito de rio/água, o grafismo de rio foi criado usando uma técnica de aquarela digital.
